Customer Support Non Existent.

While the club kind of works, the heavy rubber grips have dried out, cracked and have become very slick too quickly. I have contacted customer support to be told they don't sell replacement grips, but will offer me a discount on new clubs. I don't need new clubs just grips but Lag Shot doesn't sell replacement grips and standard grips can't go on the small internal fiberglass shaft. Compounding the problem is that Lag Shots Australian Customer support links you to Lag Shot in America, which makes communicating even harder.

FALSE CUSTOMER STAR RATINGS

Creating a false/manipulated rating system is disingenuous. The clubs could be great, but the customer service is non-existent.

Post purchase, there is no support. If you have any problems, there will be no one to help. Could be great product, but not if they send you the wrong club and then you have no way of receiving the correct one.

Having a hard time transferring to the course.
Really too hot to practice.

Don't change the grip!

Overall, good product. That said, website makes no mention that you shouldn't change the grip. I did, and now cannot get one to properly fit, rendering the club useless. Customer service was not helpful, would not send me a replacement grip, and encouraged me to buy a refurbished one. Frustrating.
